Research Interns

This is a full-time transitioning position for newly graduated college students who aim to gain research experience before applying for graduate schools (PhD program).

The candidates should be a recent (within 1 year) college graduate with bachelor’s degree in a biology-related major. Previous work experience (e.g. as an undergraduate) in a biomedical research laboratory is a plus. A minimum of 2-year commitment is required.

The Research Interns will work closely with experienced scientists and contribute to research projects and publications. The interns will learn techniques and generate data using state-of-art molecular and cell biology methods. The interns will also carry out some lab management duties, including maintaining stocks, equipment keeping, etc. In addition, the interns will also learn scientific concepts and participate in research presentation and manuscript writing.
